Theta brought a new opening to my imagination. As a Theta Hypnotherapist, I immersed myself in the Seven Planes of Existence studies, taught by my teacher, I*(Sa A&^)a through V*(&%^SWb.
Alpha - Beta - Theta - Delta
Theta is among the four Brain Waves. This specific brain wave facilitates communication with The Original Source. Reiki therapists utilize Alpha, while Hypnotherapists employ Theta.
These brain waves represent different states of consciousness, each playing a crucial role in our mental and emotional well-being. By understanding and harnessing these waves, individuals can tap into deeper levels of awareness and healing.
Delta Waves: The slowest brain waves, associated with deep sleep and restorative healing.
Theta Waves: Linked to creativity, intuition, and spiritual connection, often used in meditation and hypnosis.
Alpha Waves: Present during relaxation and calmness, helping to reduce stress and improve focus.
Beta Waves: Associated with active thinking, problem-solving, and alertness.
By learning to access and balance these brain waves, individuals can enhance their mental clarity, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Whether through meditation, therapy, or other practices, tapping into these states can lead to profound personal growth and transformation.

The seven planes of existence
The Seven Planes of Existence are so REAL that I have shifted my thoughts on everything I ever thought was the truth in my Reality & Spirituality.
Every Plane of Existence carries Duality.
Every Plane of Existence is founded on Science and confirmed by Spirit.
Here is a brief overview to amuse and surprise you and, hopefully, inspire you to allow me to take you on a theta Activation meditation.
THE FIRST PLANE OF EXISTENCE
Our most beautiful planet, our H.O.M.E., Heaven (or Hell) On Mother Earth. This plane is a magnificent tapestry of life and wonder. Here, on Mother Earth, we are anchored by the gentle embrace of gravity, reminding us of our connection to this sacred ground. It is round ball of energy that we all exist on.
In this realm, we have the power to create our own Heaven or Hell. It is within our hearts and minds that we shape the world around us.
The dance of duality unfolds in the elements:
Solid vs. Fluid: The unyielding brilliance of Diamonds meets the molten power of Lava.
Gold & Oil: The eternal allure of Gold contrasts with the deep, mysterious flow of Oil.
Clay & Water: The nurturing embrace of Clay is softened by the life-giving essence of Water.
Air & Stone: The ethereal freedom of Air whispers against the steadfast strength of Stone.
Fire & Wood: The transformative energy of Fire dances with the enduring life of Wood.
Embrace the balance and harmony of these elements, and let them inspire you to create beauty and purpose in your life. Remember, you have the power to shape your existence and the world around you. Let your spirit soar, and your heart be your guide.
We are made of stardust, sharing our home with the wonders of the universe. This Earth, rich with elements like gold, has nurtured life for eons and will, we hope, continue to do so. Though this plane of existence is dense, it offers immense rewards. Here, crystal workers, geologists, environmentalists, and scientists uncover the planet's secrets and treasures, finding purpose and inspiration in their work.
DUALITY: Solid vs Fluid
THE SECOND PLANE OF EXISTENCE
This is our Green & Growing Ones! Imagine how all plants sprout out of the earth. They do not move but bend with the wind and are fed by the rain. They provide us with food and medicine. They are our lungs! The second plane sprouts out of the earth as a living, organic being. The plants grow, offer themselves back to the earth, and then become the soil and the nutrients needed for the cycle of life to continue.
DUALITY: The duality in this plane? Some plants are life givers, others are poisons. Either way, they all give us oxygen! This is where the medicine workers, growers, and farmers serve humanity best.
THE THIRD PLANE OF EXISTENCE
A Celebration of Life! Imagine a world where every heartbeat, every breath, and every movement is a testament to the miracle of life. This is the Third Plane of Existence, where all living beings, made of protein and amino-acids, from the smallest insects to the grandest birds soaring through the sky, share the same cosmic heritage.
We are made of stardust—calcium, magnesium, silica, iron—elements forged in the heart of ancient stars, now breathing and thriving on this beautiful planet. We are protein and amino-based acids.
Every creature, whether two-legged, four-legged, winged, finned, or crawling, is a sensate being, a unique expression of life’s incredible diversity. In this 3rd Plane we ALL MOVE and are EMotive unlike the 2nd Plane that remains ROOTED. Each one of us is a part of this magnificent tapestry, living our lives with purpose and passion, even if our time here is finite.
Embrace the duality of this existence. Celebrate the dance of energies, the balance of male and female, and the harmony of nature. Each moment is a gift, a chance to connect with the world around us and to leave a legacy of love and understanding.
Let us cherish this journey, for we are all travelers on this wondrous plane, united by our shared origins and our collective destiny. Together, let us shine with the brilliance of the stars from which we came.
The Duality in this plane: MALE OR FEMALE
THE 4TH PLANE OF EXISTENCE
This is the After World, the World of Spirit and Memory.
This plane is where all spirits reside that have not yet returned to the Creative Source. It has a unique, sticky substance that is plasma-like and floats on silica. This is how people often sense the presence of ghosts. Any being from the 3rd Plane of Existence, such as animals or beloved individuals, who have passed away can become "stuck" in this plane. Sometimes, an unexpected or traumatic event may cause a spirit to linger, unable to move on. These spirits become "entities" that require sustenance, often feeding on a person's memory, time, and space.
This is why burial rites of passage are important—they serve to release and set free the spirit, allowing it to return to the "Original Source."
The Duality? Dark or Light This is where Shamanic practice is best served. Shamanic practice is also carried out in the 3rd, 2nd & 1st planes. Priests and Pastors and Spiritual advisors, Shaman, serve best in this plane.
THE 5TH PLANE OF EXISTENCE
This is Our Imagination! The Collective Consciousness. This is the "stage" we create within us and above us, and all around us in our thoughts as a place to "aspire to". Our imagination is activated in the hippocampus within our brain that creates our mindscape. Think of it as a network played out on a stage that can be overwritten by other's or completely original as your very own.
This is where we foster our Belief Systems. This is the place where history resides. This is where the stories of Religions, God's & Goddesses, Myths and Legends remain for the Collective Consciousness to play upon. They become firm structures with ideas and idols and they remain for an infinite amount of time.
The Dualities?: Individual vs. Collective. Good vs. Evil. Dream vs. Nightmare (Mitote).
This is where spiritual gurus, politicians, theologists, visionaries, and our SuperEgos and Egos work from.
THE 6TH PLANE OF EXISTENCE
This plane encompasses everything needed to channel and bring your imagination into the physical realm of the 3rd plane of existence. Sound, COLOR, and Sacred Geometry are essential. Without them, creation would be impossible. Positioned above the 5th plane, envision this plane filtering down through the 5th Plane, while our thoughts from the 3rd Plane reach upward, questioning, "What is Out There?" This illustrates how the 5th Plane represents the COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS.
Artists, musicians, inventors, and dancers draw upon elements from the 6TH PLANE OF EXISTENCE—Sound, Color, and Sacred Geometry—to create.
The Duality? I leave that to you with your imagination, but it is to be found here. One I will share is Harmony vs Chaos.
THE 7TH PLANE OF EXISTENCE
Original Source, Sound, and Light Frequency. There is no sex (no male or female), there is no color, there is no scent, no form, only the frequency of Sound and Pure Light. The Duality within the Dark Void resides here also. This is where all Original Source arrives from. The "CreatriX of All That Is". This is the "Higher Power". This is the "Great Mystery".
The Duality?: Light & Dark
This is not "God". There is no SEX, therefore, no Goddess either. It is in the 3rd plane of existence where resides the God & Goddess. Wouldn't it be a nicer H.O.M.E. if we all respected one another as such?
The CreatriX of All That Is, IS the 7th Plane of Existence.
