Blue Vervain !   Tame the Heat!  Ease anxiety with this sweet little flower!  Another Blue Purple flower that has helped put my worries at ease.  It is a mood uplifter, but more on the side of calm and not euphoria.  Blue Vervain helps with depression and puts anger to an instant halt.  Place in Spring Water or in a batch of Lavendar tea.  Also good in yerba matte, giving a lift and a smile on the lips!
