We enjoy selecting and preparing our store line and only want the best for our awesome clients. We realize there may be a time when one of you are not pleased with what you receive. For that one time, lol, please check out our legal and binding return policy:

Yes! We offer refunds!

JEWELRY AND HANDMADES: Here is to a100% refund for Aiyana's hand-mades.

You will have 3 days from deliver to decided if these items are not for you.

You will be refunded 100% for undamaged goods.

Please contact us by email to arrange how you will mail this back at your cost.

AIYANA'S APOTHECARY: If by chance you are unhappy with our private line of Apothecary Medicinals, you have two options.

a) A coupon for 10% off of your next item if you provide your feedback as to your dissatisfaction, so we may improve our skills and offer a better yummy product next time.

b) If you are extremely unhappy and wish to take the extra step, I will gift you back 75% off on your next item only if you return it to me at your cost, and provide your feedback as above.

DROP SHIP: I have products that are drop shipped from Alibaba and AliExpress, Amazon, etc. Please read each individual product for their specific return policy. If you would like me to handle the return, contact me at: wildlyaiyana@gmail.com, and I will help you through the process. Even if it means that you send it back to me, and I return it to the foreign land it shipped from. Please know that this is time consuming (30 plus days)and the price of the item will only be refunded once the manufacturer has granted the refund. In all cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs. I will keep you posted of all the steps along the way.

I hope this is helpful in understanding Wildly Aiyana's return policy. Aiyana personally sends out her Well Wishes knowing that sometimes things are not as they appear on-line and she wants every one of us to experience fair exchange and equitable trade in a safe container where we all feel respected and valued.
